Drywall taping and mudding in basement
Bevan gave me a reasonable price to do the drywall mudding in my basement, and overall he was easy to work with, communicated well, and his team did a quality job. They took extra effort to correct some issues on parts of the wall that were outside of their scope, it really seemed that they were trying to do a quality job that I would be happy with. The only issue I had is that they didn't protect the concrete floor from mud drips, but they did clean it up later and then used plastic. I should have asked them to use plastic in the beginning. Overall, they were accommodating of my requests, communicated well throughout the job, and they did a very good job of the drywall, it is a nice smooth finish. I will be asking them to quote my next job for sure.
