For the elements of the work that were subcontracted, Sandro ensured this was completed to his very high standards and within the project timeline. He gave good advice regarding the sourcing of e.g. flooring, lighting and bathroom fixtures and every supplier I contacted had great things to say about him. He left our home spotless every day and is such a cheerful, friendly guy to have around: my kids were always delighted to see his van outside when we got home.
