When I first went looking for a company, I found the number of glowing reviews on CSP to be a little bit of a red flag like one of those Amazon reviews. I check multiple review sites and found the same thing. I reach out to sales over 6 weeks to figure out what was best for the business. I could have been quicker, but business took priority. No issues, no sales pressure. Pulled the plug just after Christmas. Install took three attempts due to weather and a faulty device, but the alarm was up and running day one. Billing was also as expected. Had to reach out to support a few times and regardless of it being midnight or middle of the day, I got a quick response. The response often included a reference document or video which is a very nice touch. three months on and all is good and yeah, another glowing review to add to the list. These guys are good.

HARDEEP installed our system. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He assisted us in understanding the monitoring system use and he was very professional from start to finish. I highly recommend him. CPS has been easy to work with through the entire process.

APPROX cost field does not accommodate one time , upfront vs. mthly on going monitoring/service fees so unable to enter anything that represents real costs
