When I first went looking for a company, I found the number of glowing reviews on CSP to be a little bit of a red flag like one of those Amazon reviews. I check multiple review sites and found the same thing. I reach out to sales over 6 weeks to figure out what was best for the business. I could have been quicker, but business took priority. No issues, no sales pressure. Pulled the plug just after Christmas. Install took three attempts due to weather and a faulty device, but the alarm was up and running day one. Billing was also as expected. Had to reach out to support a few times and regardless of it being midnight or middle of the day, I got a quick response. The response often included a reference document or video which is a very nice touch. three months on and all is good and yeah, another glowing review to add to the list. These guys are good.
