Snow Removal review in

I don't understand this company. How can a snow plow service not show up the day of or just after a snow storm? Today for instance, there was a big storm overnight, and about 6 inches of snow fell, stopping at around noon. At 11pm, my driveway still has not been cleared. I try to call Jack, but his voice-mail is full and nobody answers the phone. A few weeks ago, smaller overnight storm, and they finally came to clear around 2pm! By this time, I've already driven in my driveway numerous times, and that snow is packed and won't get cleared. What's the point? There's a reason they are the best deal in the area. You get what you pay for.

- Show up after a snow fall. Come promptly while the snow is still fresh so it actually gets cleared properly, and don't give it a chance to freeze, when it is impossible for your equipment to clear it completely.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Spend a little extra on a plow who shows up. Get references. I have a neighbour who pays more, but is very happy with his plow service. I will be using him next winter.
