I recommend Ralf without reservation. He works hard, takes pride in his work, and is a great communicator. His ideas and craftsmanship have transformed my gutted house from an ordinary reno project into a high quality finished product. Among his many talents, he was able to design the limited basement space into highly functional and livable rooms. The bathrooms were done using the Schluter method, the best there is for moisture proofing, and his tile work is gorgeous. He also was also effective at working with the other trades in a leadership role. His pricing was fair and he knows where to get a good price on materials. I appreciated being consulted on the cost of materials so I could stick to my budget as closely as possible. I believe I received full value for my money, and and am delighted with the quality and style of my new home.

Ralf sped up his start time for us in order to accommodate my wife's pressing and time sensitive need for a home office. He showed up on time every day and worked very hard - often not taking breaks for lunch. He had high expectations for the finished product and we are very happy with his work. He did most of the work himself but would call in a specialist (plumber/electrician) as needed. The tradespeople he called in were similarly skilled and helpful.

Rolf was recommended by Patti Lynn Interiors and we were very impressed with his work. Besides designing a revised layout which is more convenient his workmanship is excellent and he is very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

We found Ralf on home stars and hired him to lay tile flooring in 3 bathrooms and vinyl flooring in our kitchen as well as many other small projects.
The quality of Ralf’s work is excellent because of his attention to detail.
In hindsight we are extra happy that we chose Ralf over other flooring-only experts because of his diverse skills. On a work site there are many things that come up unexpectedly and to have someone on site who can address everything from plumbing issues to door installations was a huge asset for us. It ensured the project could progress at a quick speed instead of coming to a complete halt as we searched for other expertise. Upon seeing his craftsmanship in our home, other on-sight tradesmen working on other projects were seeking his services for other jobs. Ralf was a pleasure to have on site, he really cares about the work he is doing and will go beyond expectations to get you the best result. He not only laid floors but was really helpful in recommending what flooring and materials we should use for best results and cost effectiveness. We love the work he did and would absolutely use him again.

Ralf was brought in by our General Contractor to install in our basement bathroom a heating pad, floor tiles and tiling of a new shower. The shower stall wasn't studded properly but Ralf was able to work around that and installed a perfect tile. My wife is ecstatic and described Ralf's work as "perfect, just perfect!" Me, all I can say is wow. I can't wait to use it for the first time. In the spring when we are have our two bathrooms upstairs reno'd, we really hope Ralf will be available for the job. He is professional, clean and very, very prompt in his time and in the job he does. I so thank him for the job he did and for making my wife happy with our new bathroom downstairs.

Ralph was punctual, completed the job on time, gave helpful suggestions/guidance, was fair from a price perspective and it never felt as though he was only working for money,rather his heart was in the job. it was a pleasure having him complete the building of our deck and I would highly recommend him 10 times over for any job, which he is capable of doing. Ralf was on time, professional, and was able to make adjustments as the work progressed. He was very neat, and took care not to damage or mark floors and walls. Tarps were used to keep the floor in new condition. The main benefit was, however the ability to locate and schedule other professionals as required. The existing granite countertop had to be re-shaped to accommodate the new sink, and Ralf located a granite cutter to make the operation go smoothly. The condo corporation had some additional demands part way through the installation, and he was able to satisfy their requests.
Overall, an excellent experience, and the work was top-notch.

Ralf did excellent work and we were pleased with his work ethics. He was on time and the job was completed when he said it would be. Nothing was too much for him to do.

Ralf did a great job building (tricky) stairs and repairing our window seat in our master bedroom - it now looks better than the one we have in our family room! He showed up when he said he would and was very easy to deal with. I would definitely hire Ralf for other projects around the house

Ralf Gebelhoff (HUBBY-4-A-Day) was recommended by Patti-Lynn Interiors to replace our old countertop. After the initial visit to measure he consulted with us by phone to discuss various options (including prices) before searching for a provider, visited a 2nd time to confirm measurements and design, was punctual in delivery and efficient in installation.
