John did a great job finishing and sprucing up various closets and cabinets and repainting our front deck to help get it ready for sale. Not only does John do a great job in implementing our vision, he offers great suggestions when we aren't sure exactly what we want to do.

John has left his mark throughout our home during the nearly 4 years we've owned it. I'm sure it will help us get top dollar when we sell, just like it did with our last home!

We are more than pleased with our new Gazebo. John was very patient with project and did a beautiful job. Finished the project in a timely fashion. Very reliable. Would definitely recommend him to people.

This is actually the second time we have used John. He responds very quickly, provides a very reasonable quote and is up front about his schedule. We even had to adjust our original booking and he was very understanding and flexible. We had multiple projects in the house that needed to be done such as painting, bathroom caulking and exterior wood pillar repair. His work is great, he not only cleans up after every project but his work itself is clean. He takes pride in what he does and it shows. He is also a pleasure to work with. John Etheridge did five days work for us in May 2021. Before he arrived to do the job, we emailed him a detailed list with pictures and measurements of what we needed done, and he went out to buy the necessary materials. He was easy to work with and amenable to all jobs requested of him. His hourly rate was fair and did not change after our initial phone conversation. He arrived on time, and he worked the hours that he specified in our contract. At the end of every day, he cleaned up the debris left from his work. I would definitely recommend John because of his ability to do many different tasks with good results.

Working with John was a delight. He quickly got a handle on the existing situation and the desired outcome. He was helpful in creating a plan. He communicated his timelines clearly and accurately. He did everything he had promised (plus a few additional tasks that came up during the job). And his billing quite fair. I will not hesitate to call him again, and to recommend him to friends.

John did a good job of installing vents around the skirting and replacing the stairs with my deck. The job was completed on time per quote and he is very easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend John's service to my friends and neighbour.

We called John about a month ago, arranged for him to come to our house to work on a laundry list of various repairs: dry-wall finishing and painting around a new skylight, silicone/caulking showers and kitchen, weather-stripping doors, replacing the laundry vent cover outside, fixing a broken closet rack.

John came on the date and time he said he would come, and he did a great job of helping us with all these things. He is friendly, polite, detail oriented and does high quality work. He is also very organized, neat and tidy and it was a pleasure having in our home.
