This G.E.M. is a diamond!! Gord, Eric and Tim were a skilled, friendly and trustworthy trio that worked wonders in replacing the knob and tube in my home. Watching the G.E.M. team at work, I quickly realized that I was in good hands and my stress and anxiety levels dropped dramatically. As my home is completely renovated, I had been very concerned about the size and number of holes that would be required to complete the job. I need not have worried. Thanks to the skill and experience of the G.E.M. team, the project was completed quickly and with far fewer holes than I had anticipated. I also very much appreciated the regular communication with me to let me know of any unanticipated issues encountered and to ensure that plugs (I added a few) went where I wanted them.
