Millwallroofing replaced our old roof and installed Leafguard gutters two years ago. The roof work had to be completed on such short notice that I didn't think it was possible. Darrell made sure it all happened and he made it seem almost painless and stress free; we are very happy with thé results and especially happy to have thé Leafguard gutters. They are one of thé best house improvement investments.
Yesterday Darrel returned for a look at thé job; today we have new chimney counter flashing to replace thé ancient flashing and hé included removal of a big buildup of tree débris in a roof trough - something neither my husband nor I could successfully remove ourselves.

Millwall updated our very leaky tar and gravel roof to torch-on in a very short time-frame. Darrel’s communication before and throughout the project was excellent. He clearly explained the options and materials to be used and made appropriate recommendations to improve drainage. The pricing was more reasonable than larger competitors. The work was completed promptly and with great care. It was a very pleasant and stress free experience. Our neighbours, who overlook our roof, were so impressed with the crew’s manners and work ethic they hired them too!

On this particular job, my client was renting a home that had several bad leaks into the kitchen and laundry room. As the tenant, he had to pay for the repair as per agreement with the landlord. Needless to say, he wanted to spend as little as possible. Darrell was able to minimize the cost while replacing half the roof, including pulling off the old materials and doing some repairs to the structure. My client was thrilled with the work.
