Darrell conveniently assessed our roofing job without us having to be home... he provided a detailed written quote at a very competitive and fair price... the scheduled turnaround time was much sooner than other quotes we had received... Darrell's crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time... they answered any last minute questions we had before commencing... the job was completed very quickly and his crew cleaned up after themselves so well that it was hard to tell that they had even been there... excellent job all around!... Darrell came by to personally finalise and go over the work... surprise, no unexpected charges!!!...

First and foremost we contacted Darrell at Millwall Roofing based on his rating on Home Stars.
He promptly answered the call, took our information, did a research on google map to look at our roof while talking with us and then made his way to our home a couple of days later. (Our situation was not an emergency and did not require immediate attention)
During his visit, he inspected the roof, took pictures and gave suggestions. His price was more than fair, the repair job was booked and his guy came over one early morning and all was fixed in a matter of hours.
During all that time, communication via email was flowing and calls were answered.

We would say that this company is very well managed. The staff is professional, punctual, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
We will use their services and will tell our friends and family to use their services as well.

Darrell and his crew at Millwall Roofing did a fantastic job re-roofing our flat roof strata. The workers were quiet and pleasant to be around. They took the time to answer questions from the Strata and made us all feel comfortable.They cleaned up afterwards and left the property just as clean and neat as they found it. I appreciated that they took photos of the completed work so we could see what they had done.

Darrell from Millwall Roofing was very professional and knowledgeable about different roofs. He was very punctual, courteous and honest. He also had good suggestions about a roof colour. My husband and I are very satisfied with our new roof and new skylights. It was installed while we were on holidays; when we came back all was cleaned up and so happy with the results. It looks great and our house looks new! Reasonable price and excellent quality and workmanship. I will not hesitate to recommend Millwall roofing to friends and family!

Darrell was very professional and provided a very competitive quote on our new roof. We had a tight deadline. Darrell and his crew were in out as planned. If it wasn't for the new roof we wouldn't have noticed they were even at our house.

We weren't actually looking to replace our roof for at least a year or two as for the most part all was still well. We are going to put on a new eaves system and through that process and the company, Darrell came highly recommended.

On that recommendation, Darrell came to the house on a moments notice, he assessed the roof (and although felt it had a few years left), he presented an estimate and discussed the work he could provide. Darrell is very confident in his staff's workmanship and their quality of work. He presented us with what we thought was a good estimate.

First impressions overall were good and without any pressure from Darrell we decided to go with Millwall Roofing for our new roof.

From the initial meeting until the end of the job we feel we were dealt with very professionally and with a warm and friendly demeanor by both Darrell and his staff. Safety standards were met at all times. No complaints from us! We are very happy with the look of our new roof and are feeling confident in our retirement that we won't have to worry about roofing problems .

I am very pleased with the job Darrell and his co-worker did replacing my roof. Although they ran into some unexpected issues they were able to complete the job as planned. The work they did certainly helps improve the appearance. I would recommend them to others.

Darrell was very professional and prepared well before he met me. He then explained in layman terms what I would need, the timing and the cost. He also managed to squeeze my work in amongst his schedule within a very tight timeline. The project took the time he specified and everything was cleared off the site as promised. I was very pleased with his company's work ethics and professionalism. Sorry for this late review, as I am still unpacking.
