Replaced my water heater, same day that I called them, during a 35+ centimeter snow storm, they had to shovel a path to my house to get in, replaced exhaust pipes with newer higher quality ones, quoted me over the phone, no surprises or extra charges after installation and much cheaper than other quotes that I had received.
Wish all companies were this easy to deal with.
