Marcel, Manny, and crew were wonderful to work with. My biggest fear these days is poor customer service and paying for something and not getting what I paid for -- and working with Marcel and team was the exact opposite of that. They were friendly, on time, professional, offered advice when needed and respected our ideas and wishes. We love our new basement and are thrilled with the very professional quality of the final product. Johnny worked with my husband to help implement my husband's plans for in-wall speakers and a crazy amount of outlets, panels, and the like, resulting in his dream "man cave." The bathroom is gorgeous -- makes me want to re-do all the other bathrooms in the house. They also did some extra side jobs while they were here, including installing pot lights in the upstairs hallway, closing off an unused doorway, and routing ethernet up to my second floor office. I wish they could've stayed forever and kept fixing up the rest of the house. We will definitely use Contracting By Us for our next reno job (am thinking maybe a back yard shed, or something done to our front porch next?) and we have recommended them countless times since they finished their work on our basement.
