A great experience with AllMax Inspections. They are very professional, knowledgeable and thorough in their approach to a building inspection. The inspector took his time to talk us through each issue with the property, explaining the problem and offering possible solutions, plus answering all our questions in depth. Appreciate all the out of box suggestions too.

Alan was very thorough inside and out, providing timelines + estimates on work that should be done and explaining what he liked and didn't like in the construction + why. This is our first home and having a professional come in to check things out helped us feel confident making an investment in a home. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

AllMax recently did a Tarion inspection in our brand new home. They responded to our request for an appointment very quickly and were very easy to work with in arranging an appointment. They were incredibly professional, took the time to explain what they were looking for and took pictures to show us, so we could have those for our records. Their report was easily uploaded to the Tarion homeowner’s portal. We were pleased with their services.
