e sense that he would find it. He was prompt, helpful, spent time on my roof I I have a rental 3 unit townhouse and i had a leak that others were having problems finding the source. I was referred to Malcolm and instantly got the sense he would find it. He came out on a hellish rainy cold day. He came back as promised on the first nice day, and was very thorough to repair several possible spots that could have been the issue.
Hopefully I won't need his services anytime soon but he's for sure the first person I would call
