After some years on a "Silver Plan", I needed a repair that should have been no more than $660 . It was at that point I was told $660 only covers 2 hours of labor ($330/Hr!!) After 2 hours it goes down to $150/hr. So, average price for an annual cleaning is $150-$175 while I was paying $297.24 via monthly plan payments. When they told me my repair would be charged at $330 for the first 2 hours and $150 there after. I called and cancelled my contract on the basis of a breach of trust. These contracts are not worth beans!

"Claude" was very careful to analyze the system and placed a call to an other expert to confirm his thoughts on a variable hot water problem. (This boiler has a direct hot water feature) Claude saved me some huge amounts of money with some very reasonable advise. I am so please I think I will up my service contract to a higher level even though the boiler is only 3 years old. Mr. Furnace will always send the best man for the problem. When the first man came he said Claude would be the best for my system and I was not charged the diagnostic call until Claude was finished his call. The time spent here should have been closer to $150-$200, it was only $79.04 TAX IN! You can not do better than these guys. (They also tolerate my ignorance and are not impatient.)
