Furnace was purchased from Mr. Furnace, 8.5 years ago, first time we had a problem, still under warranty. Claude was our technician, he arrived on time, found the problem, called to get the part delivered, while waiting for it he did all the maintenance on the Furnace and AC, even though it was raining, he checked and tuned up my system, cleaned up behind himself He explained the process, he was following, what the problems were and how he was repairing them. Very pleasant gentleman, efficient in his work, please send him next year for the annual maintenance.
