After providing proof that I was indeed a customer of Pest O Kill and very unhappy about the lack of follow up as promised, Pest O Kill came to my home, rectified the situation, reimbursed my money and even tried to get rid of a wasps' nest on my property. I am pleased with the response.

We were called to take care of a mice problem. Unfortunately the exterminator who did the job was unable to block an entry point because of its nature and told the customer he would return within a week to finish it. the tech incorrectly entered it into his schedule for which reason he didn't return. Unfortunately it was very busy and no body noticed the complaint on homestars. The customer never called us to let us know that she had a problem. Upon finding out of her complaint i called her and offered to fix the hole as well as return her money. So in essence she got the work done for free. When i came to her home she showed me the hole and i fixed it. I showed her that the mice had eaten the bait and she agreed that she had not noticed them either. I also got rid of her ants in the crawl space from where their was a hole to the outside, again free of charge. We went outside and I also sprayed her wasp nest. i called her many times to confirm the wasps are gone but she never again picked up my phone. I tried my best to satisfy her and she received several hundred dollars worth of free work for which reason i thought the 4/10 was unfair.
