The work was completed and scheduled in a timely fashion. Their estimate was fair, the staff was professional from start to finish! Very happy with the work.

Very quick from start to end. Prompt attention when I asked for a quote. The quote they provided beat the other quote I got by a few hundred. The work they did was very high quality and quick. I appreciated how they handled all the paperwork for my tax credit for using high efficiency furnace.

They installed our new Napoleon furnace and AC units the next day. Installation involved removing the old rusty units which was done without creating a mess in our finished basement. Technicians were knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of our questions.

On a recommendation by a neighbor I was given their contact information. I worked directly with the owner Michael. Not only were they prompt to quote they were also the lowest cost of the three quotes I received. The ductless install happened very quickly and the installers were great with no mess at all.

We needed our specialized water heater replaced(it's a combo unit - heats water and heats the house). Because the shut off valve above the tank wasn't working we had to shut off all water leading into the house. When CAS came over to do the quote, they were able to solve the problem by capping off the pipes leading into the water tank so the rest of the water could be turned on.

The air conditioning in our home stopped working right when the summer's first heat wave hit. I'm sure it was a busy time in the season for them but Canadian Air Systems still sent their technician to our house immediately. He was friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. And he showed us how we can avoid having this issue in the future–which will save us money on our energy bills and help us avoid calling technicians for issues in the future. But if we have to call a service, we'll be calling these guys. I highly recommend them.

Furnace just stopped working in Feb- worst month of the year and CAS were there same day and didn't leave until he found the problem- This is the 2nd time CAS saved us from freezing! Yesterday I turned on my A/C for the first time this year and or course didn't start - I will be calling them again tomorrow! - Piece of Mind when you could trust a company to come thru!

We had 2 other companies try and fix our issue and they both were not able to. Saying that we needed to spend large amounts of money to replace parts and potentially the whole system. We called Canadian Air Systems and were assured from the onset that we would be taken care of. Not only did they dispatch someone to come out and look at the problem promptly, he was able to resolve and fix the very minor issue in minutes. Due to various circumstances including weather conditions it took a bit longer to get the new tank installed but at the end it was worth it!
CAS – Canadian Air Systems the installer contractor (Fred and Dylon) were very professional, technical, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get this new tank installed.
And let me tell you that it was not an easy task to move around tight stairs and snowy conditions.
My complex pluming system had to be reworked due to tight space limitations, but CAS came through!
