The crew doing the work were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They did a very good job, and were careful not to damage any of the many plants and shrubs around the house. They even left a few elbows and sections of downspout for us, knowing that we had a rain barrel which was going to be put in once we figured out the best spot to put it - note: I recommend figuring details like that out *before* hiring people to do the work.
My only two minor issues were (1) they didn't have the exact fittings needed in one area - but they made do with what they had, and everything still works, and (2) there was one spot where there was a constant drip on our deck caused by the way two sections of eavestrough were touching - this was easily fixed with a bit of caulking do redirect the water.
Note the work was done a few years ago, and everything is still working perfectly.
