We had our furnace replaced recently and are very satisfied with the performance, quality and service. Sandip was very professional in explaining all the options we had to choose from and all the government rebates we were entitled to. We saved alot of money and also received a free Caribbean cruise from Miami. The installers were also kind and courteous. I would highly recommend Furnace King.

Recently had a tankless water heater installed. Looked at several companies, but after very informative conversations with both Anthony and Sandip w.r.t. the unit quality and care of installation I decided to go with Furnace King. Not only were they very price competitive, but as promised the installation was extremely professional. I called Furnace King on December 31st 2012, to discuss the possibility of replacing my existing furnace. Sandip came out to my home on New Years morning around noon and the new furnace was installed and operational around noon on the 2nd of January, 2013. Now that is what I call first class service!

Both my son and I appreciated the time and diligence taken by Sandip to explain the operations of a furnace and air-conditioning system and then zooming into the requirements of our home. What I loved about the presentation was the fact that I was provided a number of choices to choose from.

The installation crew also did a super and very professional job. Many thanks to Brian and his crew. Brian did a good job explaining what he did and what we should do going forward.

If anyone needs to get their furnace and/or air conditioning system replaced, I strongly recommend Furnace King. Going forward I have peace of mind knowing that I have a professional company with very professional people to back me up when needed.

I am very impressed with the professionalism your staff embody. As an engineer, I did go through the exercise of comparing what Furnace King was offering relative to everyone else. You guys won hands down! The warranty and product quality you guys are offering is plainly superior to anything others are offering. I cancelled all the appointments after listening to Sandip, Home Comfort Advisor, and to this day, do not have a single regret. I have a very comfortable temperature at all times, instead of experiencing highs and lows of my previous furnace. The air quality has definitely improved-much lighter and fresher.

The installation was outstanding, as the workers arrived on TIME and set up the red carpet, which was a first for me as i have never seen any other installer do this kind of thing. I lived in this home for over 25 years and have had lot of service professionals doing work at our home, but I must say, the staff at Furnace King is one of a kind, they were all very professional.

Recently I had a furnace installed in my 40 year old home. From the initial custom service to obtaining product information, I was more than satisfied. In addition to the above, I knew that service and maintenance were just as important. The technicians arrived were organized, friendly and tidy. Friends and family are now Furnace King clients!

Furnace King was a great company to deal with, from the sales Rep who was very informative, the office personnel who were always kind and knowledgable, to the installation crew who were prompt, polite and very organized. I've received poor service from heating companies in the past but everyone at Furnace King is knowledgeable and friendly. Also very patient as I asked a lot of questions.

I'm very glad I took the time for the comfort survey because Sandip was very experienced and taught me a lot.

The install was very efficient and clean. I expected to have a mess to deal with when the work was done but they left the place sparkling!

I have already recommended them to my mother who needs to replace her old furnace, and if you need work done on heating or air conditioning, I don't know a better company than Furnace King.

My old furnace and A/C has been just replaced by AMANA products supplied and installed by Furnace King. We compared lot of other companies and although price wise it was not the best deal, but Mr.Sandip(engineer) explained me again and again with real patience why we should go for new generation furnace and A/C and convinced my self and my wife.I am sure this company will give me after sale service and come forward for any mishap at any time and even in any odd hours/climate at the earliest as committed by Mr. Sandip. This is one of the main reasons for which i was pleased to give them the job. Also their warranty and job was very professional and the workers did the job with my high satisfaction and in very short time. I wish this company will grow and be one of the best company in Toronto and especially i thank Mr. Sandip for his overall supervision, follow up advise and taking care of the whole thing..
