STAY AWAY!!! A year and a half later and my new garage door has had nothing but problems - it keeps coming off the track, they didn't use long enough screws, they had to build another frame since they didn't measure my door properly to begin with, the metal parts are bending since they don't fit right. I called to have someone take a look and was told there is only a 1 year warranty (my door is only 1 year and 6 months) and now I would have to pay for a service charge if they came. Not worth the price I paid, some days I can't even close my garage door, we have to do it manually. No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere!

after carrful review of the customer records it is important to note that we had installed the door problem free over a year and half ago and only once we were called out to fix an issue with wood framing header for the opener. That header frame is not part of our insulation. Our warranty is 1 year and we can offer you a discounted charge to attend to any problem you may have. Thank you for your business
