After dealing with a nightmare contractor we hired Chico and his crew to lower and finish with cement our basement floor. He gave us lots of good advice on how to reconfigure the entire floor. No cutting corners here. His work was outstanding. He also found and waterproofed a section of the wall that needed repair for no extra cost. Chico knows his trade inside and out.
The finished product was better than we could have hoped for. Living in an old home in the Upper Beach in Toronto, the basements are a nightmare. We can't believe how nice it is now.
