We called during a very busy time this past summer and phone msg said they were booking into Nov 2018. Simon called back promptly as he has done every time since; usually with hours. Quote was thorough and explained in detail in person. We were guaranteed that if we lost shingles prior to the roof replacement, they would come out right away and repair it.
Workers were courteous and on time. Roof looks great. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for your roof work.
