DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUILDER EMPIRE THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE CAME ACROSS IN MY LIFE AS AN EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE PURCHASER. One lest start off with their HUGE SHORT FALL from the Purchase Price to the Actual Value of the Home. PRICE I PAID WAS $900k and appraisal came in at $700k. So I had to come up with $200k difference to close despite the $125K DEPOSIT ALREADY PAID.
BUILDER HAD NO CARE IN THE WORLD AND IF I DIDNT CLOSE I WOULD Have LOST MY DEPOSIT AND THEY WOULD Have SUED ME FOR DAMAGES. WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY I PUT IN BACK? IF I SELL TOMORROW I WILL LOSE. THERE ARE SO MANY HOUSES FOR LEASE AS PEOPLE DONT WANT TO LIVE THERE. I think the Government needs to get involved as this is unfair.
