We had Larry install the pan and one of HIS contractors do the preparatory board work for the installation of a high end custom shower. Larry installed the pan without incident but the plywood prep work was not done properly according to the installers of the cultured marble surround. Larry changed his appointments twice - tried to change it a third time - then contacted the retailer of the cultured marble and oddly took it upon himself to set a date for THEIR installation work. We are not around our house very much and found this very presumptuous and inconvenient. When apprised of our dissatisfaction, Larry adopted a demanding attitude regarding his payment. lol His cheque was in the mail already notwithstanding the missed appointments to collect his payment and the unacceptable workmanship. All in all, I would not recommend Larry from this company.
