Direct Buy

While searching for hard wood floor for my residence, I thought that finally I would be able to make use of the huge investment I had made with my Direct Buy membership. However, the experience was as frustrating and all my previous attempts to use Direct Buy. Too bad I could not sell my membership.

We became members six months ago and have saved more than the membership fee already. Our flooring costs were half what we would have paid at retail. We bought oak 3/4" flooring and mouldings, stair treads and ceramic tiles. The service is okay - we had to do our own research. The suppliers seemed to be very knowledgeable but the DBuy reps don't seem do know the products very well. The window company we hired through DB was very good. Also bought faucets. So if you are doing lot of work on work on your home it's a great deal.

Direct Buy plumbing advisors were more than helpful in providing information on products, installation and advice on decisions made. The employees were always on time and cleaned up after themselves. My wife believes the job turned out better than had expected it to. Very happy!
