Where do I start? Missed flashing around and the cracked crown of the chimney. Didn't recommend to extend the gas stack on the roof. Missed open grounds in plugs of 3/4 of the house, wasn't sure if asbestos was found but clearly visible by another experienced inspector. Didn't mention missing railing on basement stairs. Didn't recommend to just buy window well covers, they recommended to rebuild each window well. Didn't bother to mention about the outdated smoke detectors and recommend any? If you did this bad of a job on this house, what kind of quality are you giving other people?
