Great experience with ECO.

Required an igniter fixed on a residential boiler. The cost was significantly better than any other quote received (saved 30% vs the second lowest quote). They were onsite a day before any other provider quoted.

Repair was made with name brand replacement part.

Technician was friendly, communicative, clean and was a pleasure to work with.

I would highly recommend ECO!

This company was recommended through a vendor. I had them come out and quote the job and it was reasonable. They promised when they would start and complete the job and was true to their word. Outstanding work, outstanding professionalism. Great job. Will definitely keep this company on file for future work.

They Charged us for venting they never installed, did not complete the job and left holes in our newly installed dry wall. The courts awarded us over $7000 in damages for what they did to our home and they have not paid us a penny.

I just wanted to follow up by saying I contacted Eco Care Group "formerly Eco Mechanical" after they replied below. I spoke with Alicia who said she would speak with her boss Rob. No one ever got back to me and today I received an email from Home Stars that the company was disputing I was a paying customer and wanted my review pulled. After I proved everything I have stated above was true my review has stayed published.

*Reply: I did specifically ask you if it was Rob you were going to speak to and when you said yes, I told you I could assure you he wouldn't do anything to help. I did however previously hire a collections agency to try to collect and their research did inform me that Rob had "Sold" the company to his SON Josh which frees them of judgements against them. I hope this post and interaction is a warning to all future prospective consumers as to how this company operates.

Disappointed with the staff, not very professional. Work was okay but not perfect. Left some mess and were quick to leave as if they did not care about their job.

Not one to write a review on line but the workmanship and outstanding services that Eco Mechanical Team has provid is just great from the first call to finding the problem and then fixing it , i have now gone with a new system in my home and couldnt be more happy about it ! Highly recomend Eco Mechanical Team for any of your heating and cooling needs !

I recently moved into a new house and needed to redo a lot of the HVAC and plumbing. I was very pleased with the communication levels, pricing and workmanship of the technician's I dealt with and would highly recommend Eco Mechanical Team as a one stop shop.
