He always arrived on time, worked extremely hard and virtually nonstop in brutally hot weather, and cleaned up before he left each day. Michel is great! Numerous times this year we encountered a project where we needed roof repairs. Michel would quickly arrive at our site and give us a fair price. The work was completed in a professional and timely manner. These days it is hard to find a trustworthy contractor ... Michel has earned our trust!

Michel responded immediately to my inquiry regarding a small repair to my roof. Thankfully he was able to come the very next day...a Saturday, the week before Christmas. He did an excellent job and even inspected the rest of my roof to put my mind at ease. We will definitely recommend Michel and company to all our friends and family !

We have a small shingle roof on the side of our house that was leaking and required replacing. After getting estimates from a number of companies and some telling us they wouldn't do this small job or couldn't give us a short timeline, I called Michel. He was able to complete the job quickly, preventing further water damage. He also caulked and waterproofed areas that could lead to leaking near the roof.

Michel came and spent a significant amount of time with us inspecting the area that needed repair and showing us exactly what needed to be done before we'd even committed to hire him. He and his siding guy came on time, did the job very professionally and left our site completely clean. We've had no further issues and we can't even tell there was ever a problem!

Michel was very professional in the replacement of the defective shingles. I was very impressed by the quality of his work in which he completed in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to recommend Michel for any roofing repairs or installations and am very pleased with the outcome of a job well done.

Same day service! After finding a leak in our roof I called "The One" and he had the problem fixed that day and even had matching shingles. It poured rain the next morning and I'm confident that his work was 100% A great guy willing to show me everything he was doing and even answer some bonus questions I had about other roof work I was planing on doing.

"The One" Roofing company was referred to us by our neighbor when we had several shingles blow off our roof in a wind storm. We called Michel at "The One Roofing company who promptly came out and repaired the shingles as well as caulk around vents and replace popped nails. There was a terrible wind storm and heavy rain in Kanata June 2012. It ripped off several roofing tiles and caused some water damage to my bedroom ceiling. Michel responded the same day, and showed up on time ready to roll. He explained the damage that had been done by the storm and the gave me a very reasonable quote. The repairs were done expertly and quickly.
