I needed some chemicals for my hot tub. The sales person (I believe also owner) was very rude and dismissive. I've heard that you get great attention when you're buying a hot tub there, but not so good with ongoing maintenance, etc. I guess that may be true as I won't be going back!!

We went to paradise bay to buy our hot tub and we were very happy with all the sales people there. They were very helpful and gave us a greet deal on our new tub. They installed on time and any repairs that we have now are always done on time.

once you buy your hot tub, they wash their hands of you. provide no service. don't stock products needed for your hot tub. and when you go into the store and politely ask for help they dont seem to want to help. not even getting up from off a show room floor couch well wathing t.v to answer your questions.

This company recently changed its name from Paradise Bay Hot Tubs & Billards.

Under Paradise Bay Hot Tubs & Billards, they had at least 10 complaints with the BBB. They were eventually booted because they refused to deal with my complaint. They sold me a product that I was highly allergic to. I advised Larry (the salesman) of my allergy and he chose to ignore my concerns. I've attached the photos of what this did to my skin, and, almost three years later, I still suffer with scars and breakouts. (all for a sale).
