Jomar was very thorough in explaining the structural impacts of the changes we were considering for our house. He helped us with the plan necessary to remove a brick fireplace and enlarge a window. We explored other changes to the house as well, but Jomar was able to project the costs and potential headaches related to such a project. His honesty and guidance helped us to avoid changes that would not have been worth the cost, effort and headache to implement.
