I called Max to investigate why my old furnace was working only intermittently. He came by the same day and diagnosed the problem as a failing heat exchanger. I decided to have the unit replaced with a new Carrier high efficiency unit + whole house humidifier. The job was completed within the day. Max did a great job at a reasonable price.
