Max maintains my furnace for years with my full satisfaction.Last Friday , on Dec 29th we felt that the heat doesn't go up more than 19 degrees.
I called Max who he came to check the furnace at the same day.
The furnace is 13 years old and I was told that I need a new one since there is a crack in the heater.Having a problem with your furnace before the new year long weekend is a big issue. Max was able to supply and to installed a new furnace on Dec 31st to my full satisfaction.
He is very professional, knows what he is doing and leave the area clean after the job done.
