My furnace broke down twice in November. After talking to Sumat from Aire Max company, I took his advice to replace a new one instead of changing parts as my furnace is 14 years old.
He and a guy came one day ahead of schedule to install a new furnace. The installation went smoothly without any glitches, and there was no mess left afterwards.
The new furnace has been working fine since. Here is a picture taken by Sumat.
A side note: he helped put a new evaporator for the humidifier. Really appreciate.
