We woke up at 8am on a Sunday morning to a broken furnace - we called Max and he was here within the hour! We found Max to be very knowledgeable and honest in his opinion and we felt he suggested the best and most cost effective solution for our situation. Max arranged for us to have an energy audit and the installation of a new furnace the very next morning. After an almost 8 hour installation time (we have a REALLY small furnace room) the furnace stopped working at about 7pm that night (due to a manufacturers option.) We called Max and without hesitation he drove all the way across town that night to check on it - and stayed for an hour afterwards to make sure everything was in working order. We haven't had any problems since! We couldn't be happier with the prompt and caring service we got from Aire Max and would definitely recommend him to others.
