Max was fantastic responding to our request for our service call in the hottest time of the year. Our AirMax 70 Air Handler unit stopped working one evening. We called Max and he made the service call the next day. The unit started to work hours before arriving (just like visiting the Doctor). Max had a look at the unit and all checked out fine. He left and all was good for a little over a week.
Exact same issue, unit stopped working. Max returned next day and he reviewed the issue, determining that it was the thermostat which was faulty (essentially only charging for the thermostat). He replaced the thermostat and all has been working great so far!
