My AC stopped working. Max was out here the very next days and told me that because my unit was and the coolant was low it had probably sprung a leak. I was giving two choices, replace the unit (which Max strongly reccomended) or top up the coolant and see how much longer it would last. I didnt listen to Max and that was a mistake. 2 days later I was calling him back to replace the unit. He was thorough and thoughtful. His service was quick and priced reasonably. My only regret was I didnt listen to his advice the first time.
