I would like to commend The Garage Door Depot for the wonderful service they provided in installing my new garage door and the aluminum capping on the door frame.

I can not say enough praise and thanks for all the people involved. From Antony Rabie, the Sales representative, to the men who installed the door and the aluminum capping and the support people in the office.

Antony was very pleasant to deal with, not pushy and went out of his way to really search for the door that fits my budget in the color I want, Evergreen which is I think not quite a popular color. The one he suggested turned out to be even better than the pricey ones based on my searching on this product and company.

When there was a problem with the aluminum capping because the supplier which they currently deal with does not have the aluminum capping in the color that matches my garage door, Antony ‘came to the rescue’. He searched for a supplier that has the matching color.

All in all very happy with my new garage door, aluminum capping, the service provided by all the people concerned at the price that I can afford.

I recommend The Garage Door Depot and special mention to Antony Rabie. He’s the best.

He guided me throughout the procedure and I found him to be very knowledgeable of his products. What I like the most, there is no pressure on his part put on you to rush the purchase.

The spring for my garage door broke and I needed someone to replace it. Greg from Garage Door Depot in Ottawa had helped me in the past (it's an old door), and his service was so exceptional I didn't hesitate to reach out to him directly. He was able to come replace the spring in a very timely manner, and even fixed a minor issue with my front door while he was here. Same exceptional service as always, very honest and nice guy. I refer him to friends/coworkers every chance I get.

I had a new garage door opener installed at my house and was very happy with the product and service from this company. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Just before Christmas, I backed into my garage door while it was still opening and dented the bottom panel of the door, along with the vertical frame and weather stripping. I called Garage Door Depot as soon as they opened and had a call back within 15 minutes. Matthew was very helpful and I sent him photos so he and his team could asses what was required to fix the door. Brad came out to fix the door and, by the end of the day, the damaged panel was replaced and the door was functioning and serviced. The team at Garage Door Depot was professional, helpful and I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with a garage door.

One of my springs broke and I got both replaced. Jim did a fantastic job and went above and beyond doing such an inexpensive job. He attended my residence well after he should have gone home for the day, having just completed an extensive job earlier elsewhere. Friendly and pleasant do deal with. Highly recommended.
