Capitol Tile and Stone

Looking for a tile for our main living space took forever. The staff at Capital Tile helped by understanding what we needed and walked us through their facifilty showing us several options until we found the perfect one.

They even called us after we installed to follow up and see how we liked them!

We bought floor tiles from them. When we went to select tiles, we asked if a specifile tile was from China or Spain - the salesgirl told us that they don't carry anything china made . After tiles the were delivered, they are Chinese!!!!! We called them to inform them of this boo boo and the guy now says 20% of their stock is made in China. Hello!! Could you not tell us when we bought it? They won't even apologize! We bought their product thinking it was superior quality. They are false advertising. I am stuck with the tiles now as my renos are scheduled and we can't afford any delays. But I am super upset and feel betrayed. -0 for customer service!

capitol tile provided us with very good service. they greeted us at the door. we told them what we wanted and were shown diirectly to the showroom. they were good about explaining their products. they gave space us space to find our own preferences. they had very good pricing and lots of selection.
