Nationwide Duct Cleaning

They came when I bought my new house to do some initial furnace vent cleaning. They showed up on time, did the work described for a fair price. Originally they were hired only for duct cleaning but while they were here they offered chimney sweeping, dryer vent cleaning, and cleaning out the built in vacuum. The price was reasonable and the service delivered as described. We hired them again 2 weeks later to clean the carpets, and the service was just as prompt and effective. The only downside was that they did not have the right filters for my furnace so they could not replace them, and they neglected to mention this at the time. They did come back the next day after I called to ask about it, and they came and explained the issue. If I hadn't have checked I wouldn't have known though, and that bothered me considering how important filters are!

Had Tyson from Nationwide over to clean my furnace and duct work. Vary impressed with the level of service and quality of service. Technician was vary knowledgeable and did a great job. Even installed the new dryer vent I had purchased and had considerable trouble with trying to install for no charge. Will recommend to all my friends.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. We bought a WagJag coupon, so we are stuck with using Nationwide Duct Cleaning. They schedule a day, then don't give you a time until late the day before. I've wasted 2 Saturdays trying to get service from them. The first Saturday, they called to cancel when they were supposed to be there. Today, they showed up 2 hours early at 8:00am, which I can't do, because I have tenants in my basement, so they just left. I have been waiting for a callback for 2 hours.... I will never attempt to call them again.

The company maintains a high level of service quality and ensured that customers receive uncompromised service. The filtered initially installed was not the correct type, the manager has returned with the correct filter and installed at no cost to the homeowner.
