we had a leak that was most prevalent with heavy rains. Rick was fabulous and his team identified and fixed the problem in i think 15 minutes. Personable company, very efficient and HONEST!!! (worth every penny). We will be relying on them for a reroof in the spring. The one critique is that they're super busy which means you will have to be extra patient for follow up calls etc.

Right now we are responding to as many leaking roofs as we can and we are trying really hard to do our follow up better to ensure there are no lingering concerns.
