Fixer on the Roof was one of 2 companies that were responsive when contacted for a quote, and gave great customer service. A quote was emailed to me within a few days after Luc came to measure the place. The job was finished 2 weeks after we agreed to move forward, and that was only due to inclement weather. It would have been done within a week if it wasn't raining at the time.
The work looks good at first glance -- it remains to be seen if there are any problems as it's only been a week since the job was done, but I will update this review if any issues pop up. Communication with customer service has been great, with any questions answered promptly. That's worth a lot in my opinion.
Went to a get a few quotes from other companies, and was appalled at how unresponsive they where. Two contractors never called me back after multiple messages. One company took the trouble to come out and measure the house but never bothered to give me a quote, even after 4 or 5 follow up calls.
