Operator of this business started out at about 75 percent attendance rate and gradually fell to )5 near the end of the year. Currently I have been without service for 5 weeks. I have not had fall fertilizer done and have not had top dressing and overseeding completed. As well as not showing up, operator will not return phone calls.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- at minimum follow up with paid up customers and return there money.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Do not use this contractor. Do not pay for the work until it is done.
