Our whole neighborhood gave a contract to put up fencing as these guys kept asking for our business. Finally one day we decided and agreed to give them the contract but it has been a nightmare since. I was promised that we will get a metal railing installed in our backyard door. However, the guy did not agree at first but then after few calls, he assured me that it would be installed in 10 days. It's been over a year now and nothing has been done. Moreover, they did not do a great job with the fencing and its not at all up-to the standards, some woods are broken or they have developed cracks. The situation is such that, he does not answer my calls anyone.
I would not recommend this company to anyone as they don't do a great job and they have zero customer service skills.
