Complete renovation and addition
We used lumen for a mammoth job. I was unhappy from start to finish and I am still unhappy now.
They are disorganized and had many days where one guy showed up, when several were needed. Their employees told us it was because they had booked too many jobs. Most of the companies they subcontracted were incompetent and several parts of our project had to be redone.
As a reminder of the poor workmanship and cheap materials, I get to enjoy a cold living room, as the windows they installed were second rate (confirmed by an inspector).
Don’t use this company for any large jobs. You will be didsapointed.

I apologize that you feel this way. I see your from Toronto. We do not do work in Toronto. You have the wrong company. Lumen Homes in Ottawa does great work and we recommend to our potential clients to call our older clients for review. Unfortunately reviews online can be misleading like this one that looks like its for another company with similar name.
