We had Bill and his team remove/replace the knob and tube wiring in our home and generally update all the wiring. Bill provided a clear quote for the work prior to starting and was available for questions from day one. Bill and his team were extremely professional, honest and efficient. They explained what needed to be done and why. They provided updates on the progress of the work every evening and cleaned up after themselves daily. We were able to live in the house while the work was being completed.
Once the work was completed, our wiring was up to code (checked by the inspector, which was organized by Bill and his team) and our electrical panel was clearly labeled.
Even weeks after the work was completed, Bill was still responsive and helpful with any questions we had! We have and will continue recommending Bill and his team to our friends and family.
