SIS Exterior Renovations (S.I.S.)

SIS is the best company I have ever dealt with, from the initial call to final inspection. I appreciated they were realistic on when they would be able to start. How long it would take and what it would cost.
The demolition/construction crew, were awesome. They worked efficiently with minimum disturbance to surrounding plants. They kept me informed of all issues they found and showed me areas of concern. Best tin bending I have seen on the flashing. This was the cause of my problem from a previous contractor. Every night these guys left the job site clean and safe. No worries of stray material pieces littering the neighborhood or causing damage if the wind kicked up.
The stucco crew. These guys are a family that have been doing this for 50 year come 2022, and you get these guys not someone subcontracted. I learnt more about stucco and why it is important for it to be done right in half an hour then I could have reading about it. These guys take great pride in their work and it shows. My job had new stucco butting up to the existing stucco which had been painted, making it hard to match. But they did and the texture between the two is amazing. People can't see where the new meets the old. I seen several neighbours stop and compliment these crews on their work. I never heard of that happening before. My job did not include touching up the parchment on the basement walls, but the stucco boys couldn't leave it the way it was and did it anyway. That is pride in workmanship and a huge surprise to me. These guys like the construction crew cleaned up every night. Safety is obviously very important the the guys working for SIS.
There is no other company I would ever recommend to do any exterior work on a home or any structure. SIS is the best and the pride in the work shows. I still have neighbours asking me about the work and the company.
