I am very pleased with SIS Exterior Renovations from the estimating to construction/installation to billing. I read the reviews on Homestars prior to deciding to go with SIS and they did not disappoint. They installed Class 4 shingles and when they were doing it they discovered that I had mold on the plywood portion of my roof over my living room. They contacted me regarding this, proceeded to fix it for me as well as adding extra venting to ensure that I will not have this issue again. The roofing crew was excellent, polite and proficient. There was a bit of hiccup when it came to installing the siding and cladding as the original crew only showed up for one day of work and a week went by with nothing happening but SIS sent another crew the following week and the work was completed in 3-4 days. The new siding crew was respectful, excellent and efficient. SIS apologized and provided the reason for the siding delay which goes a long way for me and at the end of the day the job was done right.
Thank you for again for taking care of my home! I know that I will use SIS in the future as I do have a couple of more exterior projects.
