This is the second job I've hired Thomas to do for me. Our front stairs were collapsing, and in need of replacement. Thomas gave a competitive quote; but it wasn't his price, but his quality of work on the previous job (gate door) that had me select him for the job.

As with any outdoor job, the start date is always contingent on weather. With such a wet spring, Thomas was always mindful to keep me appraised, with plenty of advanced notice, of any changes to the start date.

He and his assistant Tommy did a splendid job -- the job site was kept tidy, and even with a family emergency to attend to, the job was completed exactly on time.

I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend Thomas to anyone looking for the highest quality work at a very fair price.

Tom had built a deck and fence for us at another property several years ago, and we were very happy with the work and how the fence and deck have aged with no wobbling or decay. When we needed fencing built in a difficult situation (lots of concrete, different grading, etc) we knew he was our go to guy. Tom's pricing is very competitive and he always ensures all the little details are taken care of, and they leave the site immaculate. We are exceptionally happy with the work he has just completed, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends or family, and will call on him for all our fence & deck needs - he does an awesome job!

Tom came highly recommended from a good friend and so we had the opportunity to have a careful look at Tom's work on their project. I was quite impressed with his workmanship and attention to detail. I had an idea of what I wanted for my backyard project which was a combination of a new large deck, fencing, patio stonework and gardens for the entire backyard. Needless to say when Tom reviewed our design thoughts, a process began of some excellent collaborative thinking and we were pleased with the final design which was really superb. Tom was also quite patient with some minor changes that we kept making during the project itself. Once the work started, Tom and his team worked very hard through some hot summer days and it was a delight to see the project take shape. There were a number of little adjustments/improvements that Tom made along the way that were quite appreciated and a couple of our own that Tom implemented painlessly! Tom was very meticulous on costing, the price was very good and any changes were always in writing, understood and fairly priced. It was very nice to have no surprises on cost. There were some extras which we had not anticipated and Tom undertook without any additional cost and that was much appreciated. When all was done the whole came together beautifully, and we have received many accolades both as to the design and craftsmanship. We recommend Tom very highly and are planning our 2014 projects for Tom now! Thank you Tom to you and your team for our fabulous backyard.

Tom was very knowledgeable and helpful in giving creative and practical ideas to enhance our garden project. He totally kept us informed on what and when he would be doing our project. Although ours was a small project of replacing a pergola, flower boxes, deck boards, and enlarging a brick walkway, he treated it very professionally and gave it as much attention and concern as if it was a large project. The work was beautifully done with much concern for detail. He added extra touches at no extra cost. His team, Collin and Tom jr. were very hard working and also very knowledgeable and helpful. All three are perfectionists and we would highly recommend them.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tom and his crew on my recent deck project. I am so pleased with the results and have been enjoying it every chance I get. Tom and his crew did a superb job on a complex cedar fencing project that involved six neighbouring properties in downtown Toronto. Tom's pricing was more than reasonable and the build and material quality was nothing short of first-rate. Tom has my highest recommendation for executing so well on this project. I've no doubt that I'll be using him again soon.
