Tom came highly recommended from a good friend and so we had the opportunity to have a careful look at Tom's work on their project. I was quite impressed with his workmanship and attention to detail. I had an idea of what I wanted for my backyard project which was a combination of a new large deck, fencing, patio stonework and gardens for the entire backyard. Needless to say when Tom reviewed our design thoughts, a process began of some excellent collaborative thinking and we were pleased with the final design which was really superb. Tom was also quite patient with some minor changes that we kept making during the project itself. Once the work started, Tom and his team worked very hard through some hot summer days and it was a delight to see the project take shape. There were a number of little adjustments/improvements that Tom made along the way that were quite appreciated and a couple of our own that Tom implemented painlessly! Tom was very meticulous on costing, the price was very good and any changes were always in writing, understood and fairly priced. It was very nice to have no surprises on cost. There were some extras which we had not anticipated and Tom undertook without any additional cost and that was much appreciated. When all was done the whole came together beautifully, and we have received many accolades both as to the design and craftsmanship. We recommend Tom very highly and are planning our 2014 projects for Tom now! Thank you Tom to you and your team for our fabulous backyard.
